Loads of great information about marketing books — was dished out at the May Writers RoundUp at the Monterey Public Library. Topics includes :
- Building your marketing foundations before publishing
- Establishing your author brand and launching your book
- Identifying and reaching your niche market of readers
- Generating buzz via media, bookstores and events
Mary Smathers coordinated the well attended event, and the featured speakers included club members: Loreen and Matt Gibbons, David Olsen, Dwight Holing, Jason Warburg, Alison van Diggelen, Robert Walker, Joyce Krieg, Nicki Ehrlich, and Joyce Sherry.
