Central Coast Writers is a community of writers helping writers, and is open to all genres and experience levels. Whether you are an experienced, published author or a person who is just starting your writing journey, you will find a group of kindred souls passionate about the art and craft of writing. You absolutely, positively do not need to be published to join Central Coast Writers.

By joining the Central Coast Writers, you are becoming a part of more than a century of California literary history.  Our parent organization, the California Writers Club, is one of the oldest writers clubs in continuous operation in the country. Your $45 annual membership dues help us bring in quality speakers to our monthly meetings, and makes you eligible for discounts on conferences, workshops, and contests offered by all 22 California Writers Club branches. Members can also submit work to the California Writers Club for consideration to be published in the annual Literary Review.

Joining Central Coast Writers is a simple, two-step process:

By choosing a membership option and clicking the "Buy Now" button, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the dues options and periods of membership outlined below.

NEW MEMBERS ONLY:

$42.50 half year rate - 

Available for all new members joining between January 1 and June 30 each year.

The initial membership will expire on July 1, and the member may renew for a full year rate of $45 thereafter.

Once you've completed the online application, you will be given the option to proceed to the payment page. You may come back to this online payment step at any time if you're not ready now.
