CCW's Annual Summer Potluck Picnic & Open Mic
Sunday, August 8, 2010 - Noon to 3 p.m.

Our summer picnic replaces the regular monthly meeting in August. CCW will provide disposable paper and plastic dinnerware, but those who prefer to go green may bring their own china and flatware.

Wine, a gift from CCW's own vintner, Harold E. Grice, will be selections from his fine Merlot and Chardonnay collection. Cristy Shauck's secret scrumptious garlic bread, and beef, chicken, beer, bottled water and soft ddrinks will also be provided. Please bring a side dish to share (casserole, salad, chips/dip, veggies, fruit or dessert.

Open mic readings of no more than 5 minutes per reader are planned. We'll have time for about 18 readers who must register in advance (part of your RSVP) and will read first come, first to read based on a sign-up sheet the day of the picnic. Please RSVP before 8/1/10 to register to read and to let chef Sam Grice know how much of everything to round up.

Click to RSVP (That you're coming, bringing a guest or not, what main course you'd prefer and if you will be reading). Thanks.
